Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original Hokkaido-branded packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
